All motorized vehicles must be parked in driveways or other designated parking areas.

Washing vehicles, and auto work/repairs are not allowed.

Guests assume full responsibility of motor vehicles on park property.

Pets must be on a leash at all times and never tethered or left outside.

Outside pens and kennels are not allowed.

You are solely responsible for picking up after your pets.
No pets in excess of 40 lbs. and no aggressive breeds (as determined by Lessor) shall be allowed in the Park, including without limitation, pitbulls, rotweilers, akitas, chows and dobermans, etc.

Tenant’s guests must register at the office upon arrival to the Park. If any Tenant has more than 2 persons per RV unit, there will be an additional charge to Tenant of $3.50 per day per excess person, after a grace period of 7 days. (Minors under 18 not subject to extra charge)

A community swimming pool is available to you and your guests between Memorial Day and Labor Day,
Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to dusk. (Monday is pool service day)

There is NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY and swimming in the pool is at your own risk.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Additional rules and regulations may be added at any time at the sole discretion of the park management.
